IF-Burning/Ardiendo

Besitos!

Gonna be a bit crafty this week! In every way actually... I haven't had time to create a special illustration for this weeks IF topic as I have had loads of work to do and also I'm collaborating in a craft workshop in English for kids on Saturday, so I've decided to use the drawing I made for the flyers for this weeks post. The theme of the workshop is the Universe. We will be crafting, playing games, singing songs and, hopefully, learning a load of vocab.

Burning... well, the kid in the rocket is... ermmm... "buring" with excitement for exploring the Universe?

Ahhhh! Yes! That's it! The rocket it shooting fire out of the bottom, and fire is very hot... it's "burning"...

...

Should have done the sun instead of the moon... Sun's burning...

Well, anyways! Thanks for stopping by!

IF - Afterwards/Después

Since I can remember, my life has passed by looking forward to weekends and holidays. When I was small and I complained about having to go to school, getting up early or having to complete whatever task my grandma used to say, very wisely, “Don’t wish your life away!”.

And that is how it is… days go by and we “put up” with the things we have to do just waiting for the weekend. The bank holiday. Our holidays. And we have such great expectations about our free time that often we end up disappointed and we return to our routines with little energy and low spirits.

Not only that, we always tend to think that everything will be better when we finish what we are doing: cleaning the house, sorting out bills, getting work ready for next day, paying the car, the mortgage… Afterwards, always afterwards.

Will it really be better afterwards?

Isn’t now more important?

IF-Spent

Tiempo empleado en preocuparse es tiempo perdido...
...disfrutemos entonces de nuestro tiempo!

Time spent worrying is time wasted...
...let's enjoy our time then!
